International Orders

One baby step at a time. We currently offer shipping to 8 international destinations – USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Hongkong, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. We’ve got the best shipping rates from our courier partners and so we thought let’s make our products reach internationally. The rates mentioned on our website is minus import duties.

You’d still want to shop even if your country does not figure out in the list? No problem. We can take the order offline. You can write to us at help@allthingssofeez.com and we will try to work something out for our valued customers.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the country you are in. Please ensure payment of import duties in order to release your order from your respective country's customs on arrival. We do not offer free return shipping for international orders.


Tracking

We will notify you via email your tracking details once we dispatch your order. Flat Shipping rates are applicable as follows: The rate is for the first 500gm. The shipping rate doubles if the weight exceeds 500gm. which can happen very rarely as our items are small.

Once your order is dispatched, it is delivered within 5-7 working days.


Payment Method

You can pay via all major international VISA, AMEX, or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our international payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included.

You can choose to pay via Paypal. You need not have Paypal account to pay through that link. You can pay directly through your card as well by clicking on that payment link. Your order will be confirmed once you make the payment.


International Return Policy

You have 15 calendar days to return (with store credit / exchange only) an item from the date you received it.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipment Process

All returns are subject to the discretion of All Things Sofeez.

All Things Sofeez must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship the item to Mumbai, India. Return Address will be confirmed to you by email only.

Please note that we do not offer free return shipping for international orders. You can choose the shipping carrier of your choice and ship the item directly to us.

Responsibility of the safety of the product returned by the customer lies with the customer only. We will not be held responsible for the damage caused during the transit of the product from the customer to All Things Sofeez’s return address.

We will process all returns within 2-3 working days. We will email you as soon as we process the returns. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to us at help@allthingssofeez.com and we will reply within 24 hours.

All Custom Duties levied for return of the product will be borne by the customer.
