Returns, Exchanges & Refund

Before you return a product, please note that the master artisans exquisitely and meticulously craft one piece at a time. Even though every effort is made to create only the best, due to this process, there may be slight variation from one product to the next. These variations should not be misconstrued as defects or flaws. It is these minor distinctions that make each piece of a handmade product special and unique. We would appreciate if you consider this before returning any product.

Returns / Exchanges

You have 3 calendar days to return/exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. There are two options for this.

Credit Note

We can issue you a credit note of the same value as that of the product. The credit note will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date it has been issued. Even for an exchange, we will issue you a credit note first as we cannot block an item before-hand and to also avoid a stock-out situation by the time we receive your packet.

Bank Refund / Netbanking Refund

If the payment was made in cash, we will refund the amount minus Rs. 100/- (adjusted towards shipping and COD charges). We will need the following details from you - Name, Account No., IFS Code, Name of the Bank, Branch and Address.

If the payment was done using credit / debit cards or any form of net banking then the amount is credited back to the same account/card from which the payment was made.

If your return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you.

If a wrong / damaged item was delivered, we will take full responsibility of the error and will replace/reimburse the full amount as per the customer demand.

In both the cases, All Things Sofeez will arrange for a reverse pick-up. In pin codes that are not serviceable by our courier partners, the customers will have to courier the products back to us. Once we have arranged for a reverse pick-up, we will intimate the customers via email to keep the packet ready. In case if there is a delay in the pick-up by our courier partner, the customer is requested to write to us. Failure in helping us with the timely reverse pick-up may lead to rejection for exchange/refund.
